Today as I was checking my email, one of those group coupon deals that kinda caught my attention. It’s an unlimited package for Gold’s Gym for quite an affordable price. I must admit I have not gone to the gym in the longest time and I never really got the hang of those kinds of work-outs. Unlike my yoga practice that I love, the gym was always a chore.

However, now I have to ask, should I go to the gym or just continue with yoga? Any suggestions?
