I’ve been making a lot of progress in my yoga practice, I’d like to think
I am able to do a lot of the poses that I used to wish I could do and I have seen a lot of changes in my practice. One pose I am still trying to get at, though, is the headstand. For some reason even if I can get my body aligned for the pose already and can lift up my right leg, my left foot feels like it is caught in a trailer hitch and it feels glued to the ground. Grrr. I feel like I have two left feet. I know I’ll get there eventually but but but…can it come sooner, please?
