Well well well…
At long, long, looooong last, I finally broke the barrier!!! For the longest time I had been stuck at the same weight despite the exercise and food monitoring. However, last week I went through a period of emo eating (yes, that emotional eater in me still comes up every now and then) followed by three days of absolutely no appetite at all. When things finally settled and I was eating more mindfully again, I stepped on the scale and saw the needle drop down three pounds. Woot! Yes!! Finally. HEHE! Oh…it must be said…during the emo eating and non-eating period, the weight was the same. Break out the la flor dominicanas and pop the champagne…the Fat Girl No More made progress!!!
