I finished my 30 day no-rice challenge last Tuesday and I have decided to take on the My Spa Diet challenge starting this Saturday. I am starting off with the results of the inner body scan done during the media briefing of the site two weeks ago. At present I am classified as Overfat and Solidly Built. Harhar. The upside to the whole scan is that while my basal metabolic age is about twelve years above my chronological age, my visceral fat level falls within the healthy range, and according to the nutritionist that assessed my results, is a good thing because the visceral fat is our hidden fats that actually increase the risk for cardiovascular disorders. I hope that when I finish with the 30 days of using the site, the scores will show a drastic improvement. I guess at my present levels, if I went out to get some life insurance quotes, they probably wouldn’t be so favorable. Anyway, lets see how this things go.
