They say health is wealth. I so agree. That’s actually why I went on this weight loss journey, right? However, sometimes it frustrates me that no matter how much I try to keep healthy, there are still days when my PCOS kinda gets in the way.
I am grateful that because of the weight loss and the exercise, many of my PCOS symptoms have been manageable. For one, my cycle is much more regular than it used to be. It isn’t perfect, mind you, but it’s much better. However, there are still other things that (for the lack of a better word) pop up. Sigh.
This PCOS thing I swear is the most frustrating thing ever. Gah. Lucky for me I was able to get a health card from my company that covers my condition so I don’t need to spend much to get it treated. We’re up for renewal anytime soon, so I hope the one we get this year is the same as the one we’ve had for the past few years because I so don’t wanna change doctors again haha. I wish there was a way to keep doctors covered even if we changed companies, kinda like those key man insurance plans that is sort of “transferable” to key employees. I hated how I had to switch doctors recently because of the whole coverage thing. Oh well….
Anyway, I obviously have digressed from the point of this whole post, right? Let’s just say today I’m a bit frustrated because of some health bumps. Won’t really call them woes, because it’s nothing really, it’s just a hassle. Haaay. Anyhoooo….throw some healing chi my way, ayt?
