I am really grateful for this blog.

I have so many blogs, to be honest, and I love them all dearly, but this one, I must say, has really been the most life changing one. It’s life changing, I suppose, because of the theme of the site in itself. I have said this time and again, if not for my readers here, I would not be as motivated to keep up with my diet as I am now. Why? Because having this site reminds me of why I do it in the first place: to inspire, to change, and to make a difference.

So if you are one of my regular readers, whether you post comments or not, I just want to say THANK YOU!

I so wish I could expand my readership in this site and to increase its capacity to be “searchable”.  I know that there are many ways and sites or programs, like seo moz, Google Friend Connect and even the local Pinay Mommy Community I have been adopted into that can be helpful in spreading the word of this blog. I also set up a Facebook like page for people to subscribe to so I can increase my web visibility.
