Yes, I know it’s a few days early but I blame Facebook for this! Haha. Lately I keep seeing status updates about changing your profile picture to one of your mother in honor of Mother’s Day so I started looking for a good photo of mom and me. I came across this one and it made me a wee bit nostalgic. This, perhaps, is one of the very few pictures in which all of my siblings and my mother are. We often end up missing our sister in the picture because she has since migrated to the US and so we haven’t been complete. This year, my siblings and mother (as well as my papa!) are all in California for my sisters wedding and this time, it will be me missing from the photo How sad. Sigh.

Anyway, since mom is away I won’t be able to greet her personally a Happy Mommy’s Day In any case, I may not be able to give her flowers or a little present (or better yet, one of those children’s books I always give her for holidays to tell her how much I love her…yes, teacher Ria says books are great mothers or fathers day gift ideas haha) so I am making this blog post instead. Happy Mother’s Day, Mommy Thank you for always being there to support my dreams no matter how impossible they seem, for always giving me more than what I need, and for always, always reminding me that I am loved.
