There are two things I will miss so very, very much now that summer is over. Summer is, after all, officially over literally and figuratively (I say this because besides the gloomy, chilly, wet and cold weather that I hate oh soooo much, classes have begun in the university I teach in so it’s back to work).
Wait, I’m losing my train of thought, sorry
Haha.
So what are these two things I’ll miss?
1. YOGA! Haaaay…..since classes started, I have missed three days of mat time in a row
During the summer I went EVERY day and I loved it a lot. But of course, life must get back on track, right?
2. Walking under the bright sunshine with Bubba. Over the summer I didn’t miss the beach as much because the sun was brilliantly shiny for the most part, right? I would spray myself with sunblock and even spritz on some tanning oil and went on walks with Bubba. It was as close to the beach as I could get!
So there…I will miss those a lot.
There are some things I won’t miss though like waking up sweaty because the nights are soooo hot (so much so I may need some of those acne home remedies from the drugstore or something to deal with the breakouts not just in my face but even on my chest
) or getting bored because there’s nothing left to do while all my friends are off to work (yeah, not every one gets a summer break like I do haha).
Okay, here’s the ironic part: on one hand, I’m so glad summer is over, on the other, I’m so not glad it is over. Haha.
