Every time I go to the parking lot at the sports complex in school, I take a deep breath in as I walk by the pool and think to myself, I soooo love the smell of chlorine.

I have always, always wanted to have a pool in my house. Not an inflatable one, but the honest to goodness, dig a hole in the ground and build me a pool kinda thing. The one that you pour lots of chlorine to and have serviced and what not.

Teeehee. Random right?

Seriously though, next to walking, yoga, and hula hooping, swimming is a physical activity that I love very much. One major reason my parents never consented to having a pool (well, besides the expense) was the fact that pools can be very dangerous especially in a household with young children. Back then I think there were limited protective measures for home pools (such as those tarp covers like the ones in the Beyond Nice spa cover website). Now there are even mechanical ones that cover the pool so no one falls in to the water inadvertently.

So now that I’m older, and there are covers for safety anyway, can someone build me a pool please?
