Hah! I was a wild thing in yoga last night harhar. Did this…or at least attempted to mwahaha…..and um….I think this was the pose haha.

This is supposed to be known as the Wild Thing pose…errr…menolikey the name, but who am I to judge, right? Haha. My yoga teacher said something like it’s also called the Waterfall. I kinda like that better.

In all fairness I thought I was using my arms too much to hold myself up in the pose, like I did the first time I ever tried a slow flow class (being new to yoga I did not know how to properly distribute my weight and hold myself up so when I did my down dogs that day, I leaned on my wrists too much and it hurt like hell the next day)  but when I woke up today, there was no pain in my wrists and arms, which I was expecting. Rather, its in my midsection which I think is where it’s supposed to be mwahaha.  Uh-huh…apparently I do have a core mwahahaha.

Yes, early morning rambling from me coz I am all excited about being able to do new poses I never imagined I’d be able to do. Who would have thunk it. Mwahaha.
