I am a homebody. Really, I am.

If I would, I would spend the entire day at home, just letting myself be. No need to project prettify, no need to doll up, no need to be whatever. The downside to being that, however, is that it opens myself up to being lazy, especially with my workout and exercise regimen. Sure, I would get up and go take Bubba for a walk every so often but without having to go to work every single day, I probably would go back to being a couch potato. Harhar.

I have learned to recognize, however, that there are indeed many home based workouts that one can do (besides surfing the net for good home deals or cheap home insurance for example haha!). It just so happens that in the Philipppines, since we have household helpers to do our chores, we don’t need to move so much anymore, right? Some home-based workoutsI have started doing (sans housechores that is) include painting my walls and ceilings, re-tiling the floor (to make it decorative haha), and renovating my closet. See, workout at home :) Now…gotta go to work. Let’s see what happens two weeks from now when I stop really working in the morning and have more time for home exercises and stuff. Egaaaad.
