I have to admit, for a relatively overweight person, I kinda have an okay midsection. Well, except for the lower part. Haha. Seriously though, I guess I am lucky that my tummy area is not as bad as my arm situation. One of my favorite belly busting exercises has always been my hoop, and as I shared last time, hula hooping has been one of the exercises that I have learned to enjoy a whole lot.
One thing I like about hooping is that it’s a good upper and lower ab workout, but it’s not as difficult and painful as crunches. It also is quite easy to do, well, at least for me. And the best part: it’s a whole lot of fun
