Over the past few weeks, I have been battling my intense burger cravings. I don’t often like burgers, but when I crave for it, it stays for long periods of time. But since I’m really trying to make a dent in my weight loss, I’ve been trying hard to quell these cravings.

As such, I decided to give tofu burgers a try.

The verdict: it was yummier than I expected. I won’t go as far, however, as saying “it’s almost like the real thing” (a meat burger that is) but it was quite satisfying and pleasing. Pero no, hindi pa rin siya burger hehe! I liked it enough, though, to have it for a second meal tonight :-) Check out my tofu burger recipe here.
