Day by day, I am starting to feel the consequences of being obese. Right now, there is this pain at the back of my leg, kinda like a cramp, that wasn’t there before. It kinda feels tight and throbby. I know the strain of carrying extra weight is causing that. Also, today as I sat in my clinic chair working with a relatively active young boy, I could barely keep up because whenever I did, there was a sharp pain in my lower back.
Besides the weight, I have noticed how my unhealthy diet has translated to so many other physical symptoms. For example, my once flawless skin (yes, I had flawless skin. I never had pimples or blemishes, even during puberty) is now all…ewww. I have all these bumps and yucky stuff and I think part of what’s causing it is my bad diet. I think my changing my diet will beat any of the acne solutions in the market. Or at least make it work better for my skin, right?
Another unsightly side effect of my obesity are all the stretch marks I get
