I know there is no quick fix to obesity. Trust me, I’ve tried just about everything.
However, when you’re working on a deadline, it would probably help to have quick and easy weight loss tricks up your sleeve, right?
In my case, my best frien’s wedding is in 3 months and I’ve barely made a dent in my weight loss journey. I have come to the point where I am willing to try almost anything to be able to lose at least 15 pounds before the wedding. Well, anything except liposuction or surgery! I’m not sure I’m brave enough for that. Acupuncture, thermogenic fat burners, body wraps, hypnotherapy and even radio frequency laser techniques are among those I may be willing to try. I just do not know which one would be the best one to try!
I know being slim and trim is not an important factor for my best friend and despite the way I look, she’d be glad to have me in her bridal party. But take a look at this:

See how all the other bridesmaids look so slim and pretty and I’m…just pretty? Hehe
Seriously though, times like these make me feel a bit insecure about myself and while I am able to overcome it and feel better after a while, I don’t like the feeling
