There are so many diet pills and supplements in the market, so much so that it is hard to really assess whether they are effective or not. I have had my fair share of trying stuff, and I have had varied reactions. Some did help me lose some weight, some made me feel like I lost weight but I wasn’t really sure about it, and some, well, some just made me go to the bathroom endlessly and as soon as I stopped, I gained back the weight.
Today, I came across several apidexin reviews and I was surprised to read that it is vegetarian based. In fact, it is kosher. It is also said to be low on stimulants like caffeine, which is often one of the typical ingredients in diet pills. As such, this may be less likely to cause side effects such as anxiety and palpitations.
Of course like all supplements it is important to first consult your doctor to see if this would be appropriate for you or not. The one time I took supplements (as part of my PCOS treatments), I did lose A LOT of weight, so I know that supplements and pills CAN work. However, it has to be in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, a balanced diet and exercise.
When I regained my weight, I tried taking the diet pill again, but it didn’t work for me anymore. I think I should go back to my doctor first and have her do a work-up on me to see what would be the best at this point in time.
