Ever since I was a child, I always loved swimming. Something about being in a body of water refreshes me and reawakens my soul, which is why I wonder why I kept procrastinating about going back to swimming. I would always be so lazy to do so!!!
Anyway, I finally made it back to the pool and I did several laps the first day I went back. I think I overdid it though and forgot to warm up properly because I felt like I was going to black out when I got out of the pool. Actually, my vision did get dark and I got so dizzy too! I attribute it to two things: the sudden workout plus the fact that I am super overweight.
Today I went back and got my heart rate up slowly and kept a good pace with the laps. It felt great! I hope to be able to keep it up in the next few weeks
