If I were to take this battle seriously, I have to be equipped, right? So today I started with the first order of business: meeting up with an old nemesis….the bathroom scale.

On my way home, I swung by me neighborhood Shopwise and got myself one of those. I’m dreading stepping on to it in the morning but as the saying goes, we all have to face our fears right? However, unlike iMom, I am not brave enough to post my weight here!!!

I hope in the next few weeks this old foe of mine will soon become a friend!
